A total of 17 food support service operators learnt how to prepare hot meal box and the handling skills of recycling food and bread in Recycled Food and Bread Preparation Workshop on 26th September 2017. Most of them shared that they have collected surplus bread from many bakeries in order to promote ‘Save & Share’ in the community.
